Complete information separation between clients. Your financials, strategy, or business model is NEVER discussed with, compared to, or shared with any other client.
If I identify a potential conflict (e.g., competing startups), I disclose proactively and decline one engagement or obtain written consent from both parties.
Never over-promising. If you need something outside my expertise (legal structuring, audit), I say so clearly and refer to appropriate professionals.
I do not sign bank mandates, contracts, or legal documents on behalf of client companies unless explicitly agreed in writing. Founders remain sole decision-makers.
If your business model has a fatal financial flaw, I will say so directly and professionally โ not tell you what you want to hear. Founders deserve the truth.
I will not manipulate, falsify, or misrepresent financial records. I will not assist in structuring transactions to evade tax or deceive investors. Any request terminates engagement immediately.

Every engagement includes a Quarterly Review assessing deliverables, financial decisions, founder literacy, and funding readiness. If the answer is no โ fees are adjusted or scope is changed.
